This is the core of our offering. In order to create a customised preview that is relevant to you, we need some basic information about your company.

  • Data collected: Your name, email address, telephone number, company name, industry, and answers to 5 specific questions about your goals, services, and design preferences.
  • Purpose: Exclusively for the creation of your personalised and non-binding website preview. We use this data to design the layout, structure and initial content (text, images) according to your requirements.
  • Legal basis: Implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 31(2)(a) GDPR).

Important: If, after receiving the preview, you decide not to proceed with the collaboration, the data you provided for the preview and the drafts created will be securely and irrevocably deleted from our systems within 30 days.

2.3. Upon conclusion of the contract (website assignment)
If you like the preview and commission us to complete and publish your website, we will collect the data necessary for the execution of the contract and invoicing.

  • Data collected: Full name, billing and postal address, email address, telephone number, company details (such as VAT number, if applicable) and payment information.
  • Purpose: Contract processing, invoicing, communication within the scope of the project and fulfilment of our statutory accounting obligations.
  • Legal basis: Fulfilment of a contract (Art. 31(2)(a) DSG).

2.4. When contacting us (e-mail or contact form)
If you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form on our website, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions.

  • Purpose: To respond to your enquiry.
